FAQs

Do you charge for the first consultation?

No, our first meeting is a no cost, no obligation meeting. This applies for design and/or construction visits. After the first meeting, Rosewood will send an estimate for your acceptance. You will then decide whether or not to proceed with Rosewood Landscape.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes, Rosewood Landscape is both licensed and insured. You can check for yourself here.

Do you have an in-house designer?

Yes, Rosewood has it’s own in-house designer.

Can you do both the design and build part of my project?

Yes! Our company has an in-house designer that works with our construction team. Danny owns the company and leads all construction efforts.

You’ll get design team 80% and Danny 20% during the design work, then vice versa during construction. Our designer will typically drop by construction sites about once a week once the project gets going to make sure the built work is matching the vision.

Do I need design plans before construction?

Yes. Rosewood Landscape is a design + build company, therefore, we will need construction details to begin a project. If you do not have design plans with construction details, our in-house designer can help!
