A complete transformation of a coastal estate in Palos Verdes Estates, the Chelsea project began with reshaping the backyard to maximize both function and flow. We removed a steep hillside to create a multi-level outdoor living space anchored by a custom fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen designed for large-scale entertaining. The front yard and driveway were also reimagined to elevate the home’s curb appeal with timeless materials and structural balance.
