This Colt Road project transformed the front yard with 1,400 sq. ft. of new Angelus Courtyard pavers in gray, charcoal, and moss tones—creating a timeless and durable surface. The remodel included new drainage systems, soil regrading for proper pitch, and reinforcement of existing retaining walls to ensure long-term stability.

Additional work included demolition of existing concrete, new concrete mortar and gravel for block walls, and drainage installation for improved water flow. The result is a clean, functional, and elegant outdoor upgrade that enhances both curb appeal and performance.
