This estate received a full landscape upgrade focused on soil restoration, drainage, irrigation, and lighting. The project began with complete landscape demolition, removal of old materials, and installation of proper drainage to protect the property’s foundation.

A new multi-zone irrigation system was installed to support diverse plantings, featuring premium valves, PVC piping, and automated controllers for efficient water management. The landscape design included Marathon sod, Bay Laurel trees, coastal sage, rosemary, lavender, and ornamental grasses for year-round color and structure.

Low-voltage landscape lighting was added throughout for ambient nighttime visibility, paired with wood-chip mulch and decorative gravel to complete a clean, sustainable finish.
